RESOLUED: That Application R 6409 for On Sale Liquor License, applied for by Bandana
Square Title Corporation at 1500 First National Bank Building, be and the
same is hereby approved, provided that
(1 ) There shall be no operation under the authority of the license at
1500 First National Bank Building, St. Paul , without prior approval
of the required bond by the License Inspector and the City Attorney, and
(2) That there shall be no transfer of the license to any other location
without prior approval of the City Council as required by law.
