Mr. President and Honorable Members:
Dawn's Downtown, Inc. and Bandana Square Title Corporation request
that the On Sale Liquor License presently issued to Dawn's Downtown,
Inc. (Dawn Lieske Gavin, President) at Northwest National Bank Build-
ing, Skyway Level , be transferred to Bandana Square Title Corporation
at 1500-1st National Bank Building.
The officers of this corporation are John B. Briscoe, President;
Floyd J. Zdrojkowski , Vice-President; G. Richard Slade, Secretary;
Leonard H. Wilkening, Chairman. At this time, this license is to
be held inactive until a permanent location in Energy Park is found.
This application has been reviewed by the License & Permit Division
- and the City Attorney's Office. The recommendation is for approval .
