RAILROAD ISLAND STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
In the matter of improving TEDESCO STREET by alleviating
the sharp curve at Lafayette Road and resurfacing to Burr
Street.
Improve BEAUMONT STREET from Desoto Street to Edgerton Street;
BRA DLEY STREET from Beaumont Street to Minnehaha Avenue;
BEDFORD STREET from Payne Avenue to Minnehaha Avenue; and
PREBLE STREET from Payne Avenue to Minnehatia Avenue (City
Project 83-P-0906B and V-0692B) by constructing concrete
curb and gutter, bituminous pavement, ornamental lighting,
constructin� (where necessary) concrete driveways and by doing
all other work necessary to complete said improvements.
Improve MINNEHAHA AVENUE from Burr Street to Payne Avenue (City
Project 83-P-0511 & $3-V-0727) by cons[ructing concrete curb
and gutter, co�crete driveways , bituminous pavement, ornamental
lighting system, and doing all ot}�er work necessary to complete
said improvement.
Improve PAYNE AVENUE from Seventh Street to Hopkins Street (City I
Project 83-P-0875A) and PAYNE AVENUE from Edgerton Street to �
l Minnehaha Avenue (City Projec[ 83-p-08758) by constructing a
bituminous overlay, repairing curbing, driveways where needed,
and by doing all other work necessary and incidental to said
improvement.
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby,approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated co� thereof
