WHEREAS, Various pro3ects have been approved through the Capital Improvement Budget
Process; and .
WHEREAS, Current Municipal State Aid Standards require street widths greater than
proposed for construction; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Director of Public Works is authorized to request variance to
Municipal State Aid Standards for the following projects:
ARLINGTON AVENUE f rom English to Hazelwood
and
FRONT STREET from Dale to Western
