RESOLVED, That the proper City officials are hereby authorized
and directed to execute an agreement with the City of Cottage
Grove whereby the City of Saint Paul will provide radio repair
services to Cottage Grove subject to the terms and conditions of
said agreement, a copy of which is to be kept on file and of
record in the Departznent of Finance and Management Services.
