RESOLVED, That the proper City officials are hereby author-
ized and directed to execute a forty year lease agreement with
Independent School District No. 625 for portions of Chelsea
Heights Elementary School, said lease agree�nent being entered
into for the purposes of the City conducting various recreational-
educational programming in the school site, a copy of said agree-
ment to be kept on file and of record in the Department of Finance
and Manage�nent Services.
