Mr. President and Honorable Members:
Chip, Inc. (Lyle T. Eide, President) and Sylvia's on Cedar, Inc.
request that the On Sale Liquor License, Sunday Liquor License,
and Entertainment License, presently issued to Chip, Inc. at 369
Cedar Street, be transferred to Sylvia's on Cedar, Inc. at the
same address.
The officers of Sylvia's on Cedar, Inc. are Kenneth J. Haider,
President and Sylvia J. Haider, Secretary. They will operate
this business personally and it will be known as the Golden Chip.
This application has been reviewed by the License and Permit
Division and the City Attorney's Office. The recommendation is
for approval .
