Kenneth Rauschnot, Sr. and Kathleen M. Campion and W & B, Inc.
request that the On Saie Liquor License, Sunday Liquor License,
Entertainment License and Off Sale Malt License presently issued
to Kenneth Rauschnot, Sr. and Kathleen M. Campion at 821 University
Avenue, doing business as Esquire Lounge, be transferred to W & B,
Inc. (Bertram Kulp, President) and Kathleen M. Campion, at the
same address. Kathleen M. Campion to remain on the license.
The officers of this corporation are Bertram L. Kulp, President,
Warren Montpetit, Vice-President and Alena G. Kulp, Secretary-
Treasurer. They will operate this business personally and it
will be known as the Esquire Lounge.
This application has been reviewed by the License & Permit
Division and the City Attorney's Office. The recommendation is
for approval .
