WHEREAS: Lavearl 's, Inc. , Earl F. Scott, President, holds an On Sale Liquor
License at 77 East Ninth Street, doing business as Scotty's Restaurant
and
WHEREAS: Mr. Scott has requested to extend the service area of liquor to
include a 20 foot by 20 foot tent in which they would like to serve
liquor to participants of a boccie ball tournament on January 28, 1983,
therefore be it
RESOLVED: The area for the service of liquor be and the same is hereby extended
to include a 20 foot by 20 foot tent on January 28, 1983.

Mr. Scott has requested to extend the service area of liquor to
include a 20 foot by 20 foot tent in which they would like to serve

This request has been reviewed by the License & Permit Division and
the City Attorney's Office. The recommendation is for approval .
