proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000 , to :
l. Marc D. Anderson the sum of $263 .00 in full settlement of his
claim of damages sustained on or about December 31, 1982, as
more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in the
City Clerk 's office on February 2 , 1983.
2 . Linda Frances Cruz and Frank Louis Cruz the sum of $137 .68 in
full settlement of their claim of damages sustained on or about
July 2 , 1982, as more particularly set out in the Notice of
Claim filed in the City Clerk 's office on July 30 , 1982 .
3. Northern States Power Company the sum of $185. 80 in full
settlement of its claim of damages sustained on or about
February 8, 1983, as more particularly set out in the
Notice of Claim filed in the City Clerk's office on
February 28, 1983.

CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL BY
MARC D. ANDERSON; LINDA FRANCES CRUZ
AND FRANK LOUIS CRUZ; and NORTHERN
STATES POWER COMPANY
On December 31, 1982 , a City of Saint Paul snow plow driven by
Gerald Poole was plowing Avon Street during a snow emergency .
A vehicle owned by claimant, Marc D. Anderson, was parked on
Avon Street t the time. Our plow struck a ridge of snow and
ice and slid left and struck Mr. Anderson's car. The car was
damaged in the amount of $525.00 and we settled the claim for
$263. 00 . Thi office approves the settlement of Mr. Anderson's
claim in'.the mount of $263.00 .
Claimant, Lin a Frances Cruz, was involved in an automobile
accident with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Police, vehicle
on July 2 , 19 2 . Driver of the City vehicle was Kevin J. Moore .
The vehicle M . Cruz was driving is owned by Frank Louis Cruz .
The car was damaged in the amount of $236 .04 and we settled the
claim for $137 .68 . This office approves the settlement of the
Cruz ' claim in the amount of $137 .68 .
On �ebruary 8 , 1983 , a City of Saint Pau1 truck, driven by
Wayne Woellner pulled to a curb on Albemarle Street and cut in
too short and hit a parked vehicle, leased by Northern States
Power Company. The Northern States Power Company vehicle was
damaged in the amount of $185 . 80 . This office approves the settle-
ment of Northern States Power Company 's claim in the amount of
$185 . 80 .
