In the Matter of bridge removal � construction of a new bridge over Chicago
Northwestern Railroad tracks on Payne Avenue to improve approaches by
constructing a bituminous roadway with concrete curb & gutter, recon-
structing driveways and walks where necessary, constructing an ornamental
street lighting system & doing all work necessary and incidential to com-
plete this project.
Also, changing the grade of Payne Avenue between Whitall Street and Reaney
Avenue and condemning and taking s permanent easement for street purposes.
Also, a permanent street ease�ent on, over and across the follc�ing described
land:
The northerly fifty (50) feet of Lot 1, Block 2, Borup and Payne's
Addition to St. Pau1. also,
That oart �f Lot 2, Block 2, Borup and Payne's Addition to St. Paul
lying northeasterly of the following described line: BeRinning at
the intersection of the east line of said Lot 2 and a line fifty
(50) feet southerly from and parallel with the north line of said
block 2; thence northwesterly to a point on the west line of said

�f said Lot 2, and there said line terminates. also,
