WHEREAS, the Departments of Planning and Economic Development and
Public Works have reviewed the attached lot splits at 1287 DeSoto,
the northwest corner of DeSoto and Hyacinth, described as Parcels A,
B, C and D of the attached survey; and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot splits meet the requirements of Section 67.304
of the Zoning Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accept and approve
these lot splits.
