lined in red on attached Exhibit "A" for park purposes, kno�wn

Co�pe.r�y, which is located between the southwester]�y line of
Wabasha Street and the easterly right-of way of said trans-
portation compar�y's �in line in Dakota County; said Fillmore
Line also described as being located in the Southeast 1�4 of
Section 6, Tow'nship 28 North, Range 22 West, and the Southwest
1�4 of Section 6, Tvwnsh3.p 28 North, Range 22 West, and the
Northvrest 1�4 of Section 7, Tvwnship 28 North, Range 22 West,
and the Northeast 1�4 of Section 12, T�r'nship 28 N'orth, Range
23 West and the Sautheast 1�4 of Section 12, Township 28 North
Range 23 West Ramsey County Minnesota. and also; the Northeast
1��+ of Section 13, Toarnship 28 North, Ran�e 23 West, Dakota
County, Minnesota
under Administrative Order approved
The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above unprovement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $330a 000 . Metropolitan Park and Open Space Funding
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the l�h day of
April 1983 , at 10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
