RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby
approve and consent to the reappointment, by the Mayor, of Thomas J. Delaney
(representing real estate business) and Robert Reistad (representing
contracting business) to serve three-year terms on the Examining Board for
Truth-in-Housing Evaluators. These terms to expire on March 25, 1986.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLUED, that due to the transfer of Frank Staffenson
from the Division of Housing and Building Code Enforcement to the Division of
Public Health, Steven Roy of the Division of Housing and Building Code
Enforcement be appointed to fill the unexpired term of Staffenson as a member
of the Examining Board for Truth-in-Housing Evaluators; term to expire on
March 25, 1985.
