Drainage easements and sewer easements were taken in connection with the Annapolis/Concord
Sewer Project It has been discovered that some corrections need to be made in the easement
description to accurately represent the easements taken.

Descriptions of the easements wiD be accurate, avoiding future conflict or confusion in the
location of the easement interests held by t}ie City for this project. Once corrected, the new
Council Resolution can be �led into the ro e records with Ramsey Coun .

A public hearing having been had upon the taking and condemnation of the lands or easements therein, for the
above improvement, and the award of damages therefor, and also upon the assessment of benefits therefor, and the
Council having duly considered tkte same, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the taking and condemnation of the lands described in the annexed assessment roll, identiFied
by the signature of the Director of Finance and made a part hereof, and the awards of damages to the owners of such
lands for said taking and condemnation as set forth in said assessment roll, be and the same is hereby in all respects
ratified and confirmed.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the said assessment of benefits, be and the sazne is hereby in all respects ratified,
and the same is hereby ordered to be submitted to the District Court for confirmation.

A public hearing having been had upon the taking and condemnation of the lands or easements therein, for the
above improvement, and the award of damages therefor, and also upon the assessment of benefits therefor, and the
Council having duly considered tkte same, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the taking and condemnation of the lands described in the annexed assessment roll, identiFied
by the signature of the Director of Finance and made a part hereof, and the awards of damages to the owners of such
lands for said taking and condemnation as set forth in said assessment roll, be and the same is hereby in all respects
ratified and confirmed.

A public hearing having been had upon the taking and condemnation of the lands or easements therein, for the
above improvement, and the award of damages therefor, and also upon the assessment of benefits therefor, and the
Council having duly considered tkte same, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the taking and condemnation of the lands described in the annexed assessment roll, identiFied
by the signature of the Director of Finance and made a part hereof, and the awards of damages to the owners of such
lands for said taking and condemnation as set forth in said assessment roll, be and the same is hereby in all respects
ratified and confirmed.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the said assessment of benefits, be and the sazne is hereby in all respects ratified,
and the same is hereby ordered to be submitted to the District Court for confirmation.

A permanent easement for drainage purposes on, over and across the following
described property (Annapolis/Concord Sewer Project}:
That part of Tract A, Registered Land Survey, No. 289, bounded by a
line co�encing at the most westerly corner of said Tract A; Thence
north 26 degrees 40 minutes east along the northwest line of said
Tract A, a distance of 205.23 feet to the point of beginning of a
line to be described; Thence continue north 26 degrees 40 minutes
east along said northwest line a distance of 215 feet to a point,
thence south 66 degrees 27 minutes east a distance of 80 fee[ to a
point; thence south 26 degrees 40 ainutes west a distance of 215 feet
to a point; thence north 66 degrees 27 minutes west a distance of 80
feet to the point of beginning and there ter�inating;

of Concord Street, and on the southeast by a line 70 feet
