In the Matter of improving RELLOGG BOULEVARD from Robert Street to John Street
(City Praject 83-P-0925) by constructing a bituminous overlay;
constructing new drainage structures; and constructing driveways and
curbing where needed and all other necessary work needed to complete
this project.
Improve RELLOGG BOULEVARD from Sibley Street to John Street (City Pro-
ject 83-S-1520B) by constructing a new Storn� Sewer. (This is one
segment of the Broadway-Sixth Street storm sewer.)
Improve KELIAGG BOULEVARD from Robert Street to John Street (City Pro-
ject 83-V-0728) by constructing a new street lighting system.
NOTE: See sidewalk File #S-11016 for which new integral curb and
sidewalk construction will be assessed.

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ 5�2,000.00 financed by 1983 PIA $10 000• Mn/ Agreement �162,000; Sewer
veilability Charges Crec�it �350,�; & Excess 981 CIB Funds $50,000.
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 22nd day of arch, 1983 , at
10:00 o'clock a.m.,in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the totai cost thereof as estimated.
