In the Matter of constructing new integral curb and sidewalk on the Sauth side
of KELLOGG BOULEVARD between Wacouta Street and John Street.
Note: This order is in conjunction with the other improvements proposed for
Kellogg Boulevard.
*Assessment Rates:
RESIDENTIAL RATES (SINGLE FAMILY TO THREE FAMILY)
New construction (where no walk existed)$12.00* per front foot.
Replacement of old walk--$6.00* per front foot.
*Plesse note that Residential ratea are based on the construction
of a 5-foot wide sidewalk; all extra width sidewalks will be pro-
rated accordingly.
CO1rII�IERCIAL RATES (all property other than residential)
100y', of actual cost estimated to be approximately $3.00 per square foot
of walk constructed with integral curb. Without integral curb the cost
is estimated to be $2.20 per square foot of walk constructed.

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That$h 000 00 ort and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof

2 That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 22nd day of 1�isrch, 1983 , at
10:00 o'clock a.m.,in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
