Paving Program (RSPP) by regrading, surfacing, constructing concrete
curb and gutter, constructing an ornamental lighting system and recon-
structing concrete walks and drives where necessary:
ANN STREET from St. Clair Avenue to Superior Street
DOUSMAN STREET from Goodhue Street to West Seventh Street
GOODHUE STREET from West Seventh Street to Dousman Street
BANFIL STREET from West Seventh Street to Smith Avenue
GOODRICH STREET from West Seventh Street to Smith Avenue.

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That�ibe �c�re,,p_ort and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $3 ' � w financed by CoQmunity Development Year 9 $295,U00.00 and
' Community Development Year 7 $ 25,000.00.
2 That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 29 th day of March, 1983 , at
10:00 o'clock a.m.,in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
