RESOLVED: That the Off Sale Liquor license apllied for by the following person at the address
stated, be and the same are hereby granted, that the bonds filed by the licensee are
hereby approved, and the License Inspector shall issue said license whenver the bond
filed by the licensee has been approved by the Liquor Control Commissioner, and the
Liquor Control Commissioner advises the License Inspector that he approved the issuance
of the license.

Mr. President and Honorable Members:
St. Paul Aerie No. 33 F.O.E. and Arena, Inc. request that the On
Sale Liquor License, Sunday On Sale Liquor License and Entertain-
ment License, presently issued to St. Paul Aerie No. 33 F.O.E. at
733 Pierce Butler Road, be transferred to Arena, Inc. , at the
same address.
The officers of the Arena, Inc. are Fred J. Macalus, Chief Executive
Officer; Frank J. Macalus , Vice-President; Michael J. Muellner,
Secretary; Gerald J. Bayers, Jr. , Chief Financial Officer and Gerald
J. Bayers, Sr. , Assistant Treasurer.
Gerald J. Bayers, Jr. will be managing this business and it will
be known as Overtime Lounge.
This application has been reviewed by the License and Permit
Division and the City Attorney's Office. The recommendation is
for approval .
