WHEREAS: Clodetta I. Carlone presently holds an On Sale Malt Beverage License
(3.2 beer) at 361 West 7th Street and
WHEREAS: She has requested to increase the area for the service of On Sale Malt
Beverages to include the area that was previously used by her as Carlone's
Italian Restaurant to be rented out for weddings and other catered social
functions, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That permission be and the same is hereby granted to Clodetta I. Carlone
to increase the area for the service of On Sale Malt Beverages to include
the area that was previously used by her as Carlone's Italian Restaurant.

Mr. President and Honorable Members:
Clodetta I. Carlone presently holds an On Sale Malt Beverage
(3.2 beer) License at 361 West 7th Street, doing business as the
Stand-up Bar.
She requests to extend the service area of the On Sale Malt
Beverages into the area that was previously used by her as
Carlone's Italian Restaurant. She is no longer in the rest-
aurant business and will be renting out this space for weddings
and other catered social functions.
This application has been reviewed by the License and Permit
Division and the City Attorney's Office. The recommendation is
for approval .
