D001034CITY OF SAINT PAUL • ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER OFFICE OF THE MAYOR ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No: ��1���4 Green Sheet 3 9 �� WHEREAS, The City is a partner in a Pollution Prevemion Project in the CiTy Hall Ann� and the Lowry Building with Ramsey County and Towle Realry and coordinated by the Saint Paul Neighborhood Energy Consortium; and WHEREAS, the project is funded by the Minnesota Qffice of Environmental Assistance and matched by contributions from Project partners; and WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Neighborhood Energy Consortium will conduct a toacic products reduction pilot in the City Hall Annex in conjunction with the Project; and WHEREAS, establishing baseline information concerning cwrent use of toxic products is vital to latet comparison to establish pilot benefits; and • WHEREAS, providing ongoing inforxnation to City maintenance staffis vital to successful transference of knowledge from the pilot, now therefore, be it RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to pay $2,000 for chemist assessment and recommendation for replacement products and presentation to City staff from the Energy Conservarion fund 165 31161 0219.
