pay for Library Aide s in the Salary Plan and Rate s
of Compensation Resolution.
RESOLVED, that the Salary Plan and Rate s of Compensation Re solution
be amended by striking out of Section II B where the title appearsunder the
heading "Special Employments" the following:
"Library Aide
1 st year of employment $3. 50 per hour
2nd year of employment $3. 75 pe r hour
3rd year of employment $4. 00 per hour
4th year of employment & thereafter $4. 25 per hour "
and by substituting in lieu thereof the following:
"Library Aide
lst year of employment $3. 75 per hour
2nd year of employment $4. 00 per hour
3rd year of employment $4. 25 per hour
4th year of employment & thereafter $4. 50 per hour"
