RESOLVED: That Application R 5430 for an Entertainment License, by Midway
Stadium Lounge, Inc. (Lawrence A. Walsh, President) at 1013 Front
Avenue, be and the same is hereby granted, with the following
stipulations:
) 1 i 3
(1 ) Having no rock and roll bands.
(2) Having live entertainment on Friday & Saturday nights only.
(3) Try not to encourage large groups of motorcycles attending
at one time.
(4) Lock back door prior to closing, channeling people out the front
door of the building.
(5) Keep the light on in the back of the building.
(6) Put a sign on the parking lot area.
(7) Pick up glass on the premises.
(8) Disperse crowds that linger on the property and in the parking lot.
(9) Have everyone off the premises by 1 :30 A.M.
(10) Have two bartenders in the bar on nights with live entertainment.

Avenue. They make application for an Entertainment License
at the same address.
Lawrence A. Walsh is the President and sole stockholder
of Midway Stadium Lounge, Inc. and the business is known
as Half Time Rec.
This application has been reviewed by the License and Permit
Division and the City Attorney's Office. The recommendation
is for approval .

holds On Sale Liquor License #5824 & Sunday On Sale Liquor License
at 1013 Front Street doing business as Half Time Rec.
Mr. Walsh makes application for an Entertainment License and requests
to have a public hearing as soon as possible.
This request has been reviewed by the License and Permit Division.
The recommendation is to hold the public hearing on February 22, 1983.
