presently issued to Rand-Spot, Inc. and Robert C. Koehnen, Inc.
at 859 Randolph Avenue, be transferred to 859 Randolph Corpor-
ation, at the same address.
The officers of this corporation are Michael K. 0'Toole, Presi-
dent, Secretary and Treasurer. He will operate this business
personally and it will be known as The Spot Bar.
This application has been reviewed by the License and Permit
Division and the City Attorney's Office. The recommendation is
for approval .
