LAND SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION TO PLAT
Name of plat: TRANSFER ROAD ADDITION
Pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 505.174
Laws of Minnesota, 1957• I, Donald E. Ernster, the undersigned, a
Registered Land Surveyor in and for the State of Minnesota, declares
as follows:
1. That I prepared the plat of TRANSFER ROAD ADDITION dated
March 21, 1975 and filed on April 3, 1975 in the office of
the County Recorder, Ramsey County, Minnesota, in Book 86 of
Plats, Page 22.
2. That said plat contains errors, omissions or defects in the
following particulars, to wit: The drawing portion of said
plat shows a distance of "1603.29" feet between the southwest
corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section 33 Township 29
Range 23 and the southwest corner of said plat and said
distance is in error.
3. That said plat is hereby correeted in the following
particlulars, to wit: The distance of "1603.29" feet is
. corrected to read as "1610.75".
