Public hearing 2/15/83. Recommended approval at $1, 135. 50 for each lot to be assessed. FIVAL ORDER: To decide on the grading � paving of the North-South Alley in Block 3, College Place Taylor' s Division from the East-tiVest Alley to Pierce Butler Route . Also, constructing a sewer in the alley for storm wa�ter purposes (bounded by Pierce Butler Route, Charlotte, Taylor and Aldine Streets) . Also slope construction in the grading and paving of said alley. Public hearing 2/15/83. � Recommended approval. 3. FItiAL ORDER: To decide on whether to proceed with the improving of ARLINGTON AVENUE from East Shore Drive to Hazelwood St. by regrading, paving, constructing B-624 curb � gutter with full depth asphalt pave- ment, constructing an ornamental lzghting system and reconstructing concrete walks � drives where necessary.
