WHEREAS, Council File 280566 was approved by the City Council on
July 5, 1983, said resolution ratifying assessments for Sumaary Abatements
for the month ending, February 1983, including a Summary Abate�nt against
the property at 858 Duluth Street in the amount of $225.00.
WHEREAS, Additional information has been called to the attention
of the Department of Co�unity Services concerning the above Summary
Abatement that would change the amount of said abatement.
NOW TIiEREFORE BE IT RESdLVED, That Council Resolution C.F. 280566
be amended by deleting the following: The Summary Abatement against
858 Duluth Street, legally described as Lot 24, Block 1 of J. W. Bass Subd.
of Lots 15, 14 and that part of Lot 13 lying South of Chicago, St. Paul,
Minneapolis and Omaha R.R. of Collins Outlots.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That the as�essment for �'ummary Abatement at
858 Duluth Street be reconsidered at a fuCure date.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That in all other respects Council
Resolution C.F. 280566 shall remain in full force and effect.
