BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby declares that it is the intention of this Council that the
six resolutions and one ordinance relating to the Substitute Li-
brarian Specialist title which were introduced on September 15 ,
1983 to this Council, shall be effective retroactively to Se�t�r:�.�a�� 15 ,
1983 , their date of introduction. The ordinance is identified as
item 4 on the Council Agenda of September 15 , 1983, and shall be
identified as C.F. No. 280��� The six resolutions
are identified as items 12 through 17 on the Council Agenda of
