RESOLVID, That the Civil Service Rules be amended in Section 28.B, AT THE TIME
OF APPOINTMENT, by adding a new Subsection 11. to read as follows:
"11. Appointees to Substitute Library Specialist with a
degree in Library Science shall he paid at the third
step in Grade S."
