RESOLVED, That the Civil Service Rules be amended in Section 20, SICK LEAVE, Subsection 20.A, so that said Subsection 20.A shall read as follows: "20.A ACCUMULATING SICK LEAVE CREDITS Regular and provisional employees shall accumulate sick leave credits at the rate of .0576 of a working hour for each full hour on the payroll, excluding overtime.
