An administrative Resolution amending the Civil
Service Rules concerning requirements for earning
sick leave credits.
RESOLVED, That the Civil Service Rules be amended in Section 20, SICK LEAVE,
Subsection 20.A, so that said Subsection 20.A shall read as follows:
"20.A ACCUMULATING SICK LEAVE CREDITS
Regular and provisional employees shall accumulate sick leave
credits at the rate of .0576 of a working hour for each full
hour on the payroll, excluding overtime. In no case shall
leave with pay Iae granted in anticipation of an.y future accumu-
lation. The provisions of this Section shall not apply to any
employee �rhose position is in the Special Employment Group
unless specifically provided for in a collective bargaining
