VJHEREAS, Grant West has served the City of St. Paul with dedication
and perseverance as a Comnissioner of the Public Housing
Agency; and,
6JHEREAS, The City Council of the City of St. Paul wishes to show
its heartfelt appreciation for the great deal of time and
effort expended by Grant 6Jest; and
4JHEREAS, Grant West has proven himself to be a helpful and dedicated
worker towards improved housing standards for St. Paul residents;
now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, that the St. Paul City Council comnend Grant
West for the excellent service he has provided to the City
of St. Paul as a Commissioner of Public Housing; and, be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the St. Pa�al City Council extend its best
wishes to Grant ��dest in his future endeavors.
