WHEREAS, Jim Davidson and Steve Charpentier have submitted the attached
proposed lot split for City Council approval ; and
WHEREAS, the Departments of Planning and Economic Development and
Public Works have reviewed the attached lot split at 1201 and 1229 Payne
Avenue described as:
1201 Payne Avenue: All of Lots 1 , 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, and the south
14 feet of Lot 7, all in Block 1 , Joseph R. Weide's 2nd Addition;" and
1229 Payne Avenue: "Lot 7 except the south 14 feet thereof
and all of Lots 8, 9 and 10, all in Block 1 , Joseph R. Weide's 2nd
Addition;" and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot split meets the requirements of Section 67.304 of
the Zoning Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves
this lot split.
