Mr. President and Honorable Members:
Raymond MacCafferty and Mears Park Development Company request
that the On Sale Liquor License presently issued to Raymond
MacCafferty (Flora MacCafferty, Administratrix) , at 490 North
Robert Street, be transferred to Mears Park Development Company
at 366 Jackson Street.
Lou Stocco is the Vice President of Marketing for Mears Park
Development Company. The license will be held inactive until
a location has been determined.
This application has been reviewed by the License and Permit
Division and the City Attorney's Office. The recommendation
is for approval.
