be responsible for the cleanliness of the lot and
building.
3. That there be a limitation on the time trash be picked

Mr. President and Honorable Members:
Norm's Liquors, Inc and Harold Cooperman request that the
Off Sale Liquor License presently issued to Norm's Liquors,
Inc. at �+16 Selby Avenue, be transferred to Harold Cooperman,
dba Booze Mart at 2027 Marshall Avenue.
Harold Cooperman is the sole owner and he will operate this
business personally and it will be known as Booze Mart.
This application has been reviewed by the License and Permit
Division and the City Attorney's Office. The recommendation
is for approval.
