You are incorrect that our basic concern would be addressed iE beer were not served after 11:00. I 'm sure it would help, however l do not believe that the problem would ever be corrected if the business once obtained a license. Our concerns are: I l. Noise polution from the parking lot. 2. Trash such as we have from the Q Station. ; 3. The problems from the close proximity to St. Thomas I College. 4. The current problems existing from the other two places along Cleveland Ave that have 3.2 beer ?licenses. We do have other concerns, but the above are the principle ones. ! I am unable to attend the meeting scheduled for October 12, as I will be engaged in a Trial in Isanti County at that time, and I therefore request that this letter be submitted in opposition to ; the: issuance o£ a 3.2 beer license at this time. I would like to = add that the applicant has indicated that if patrons came in and asked for an order of french fries, they could be served beer. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. , I ! j ou s Very Truly , , , i Ci►2 im & Louise Williams ; JAMES H.
