WHEREAS, the General Policy statement of the Conshuction of the Saint Paul Skyway System was
adopted by the Saint Paul city Council in 1980 and revised in 1987; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to paragraph G of the said General Policy Statement, representatives for and on
behalf of Norwest Center have submitted the plan for a substitute skyway easement lying within Norwest
Center; and
WHEREAS, the said substitute skyway easement meets the requarements as set forth in the said General
Policy Statement and provides sufficient right-of-way for the efficient conduct of pedestrian traffic;

� i BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED, that the City hereby releases its easement interests in two parcels,
i? as shown on the drawing attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, of the skyway
