request that the On Sale Liquor License, Sunday On Sale
Liquor License, and all supporting licenses presently
issued to Chicketts, Inc. dba The Znn Saloon at
230 West Kellogg Blvd. , be transferred to Hotel Properties
of America-Mn. , Inc. dba The Inn Civic Center at 175 West
Seventh Street.
The officers of Hotel Properties of America-Mn. , Inc. are
Arthur J. Laurent, President and Joan Francis, Secretary.
The business will be known as The Inn Civic Center.
'I'his application has been reviewed by the License and
Permit Division and the City Attorney's Office. The
recommendation is for approval.
