Mr. President and Honorable Members:
Anne Marie Gordon and John Edward Lee request that Taxicab
License No. 17 presently issued to John Edward Lee doing
business as Yellow Cab Company be transferred to Anne Marie
Gordon to do business as Diamond Cab Company.
This vehicle will be operated under the name of Diamond
Cab Company and will be painted orange and white.
This application has been reviewed by the �,icense and Permit
Division and the City Attorney's Office. The recommendation
is for approval.
