Charles A. Stene and Thomas Houck request that Taxicab
License No. 27 and �+3 presently issued to Thomas Houck
presently doing business as YeLlow Taxi be transferred
to Charles A. Stene to do business as Yellow Cab.
These vehicles will be operated under the name of
Yellow Cab and will be painted yellow.
This application has been reviewed by the License and
Permit Division and the City Attorney's Office. The
recommendation is for approval.
