Payne Avenue, be transferred to Yorktown Investment Company,
Inc. at 55 West Fourth Street.
The officer of this corporation is Eugene A. Rancone President.
The license is to be inactive and the name of the business is to
be determined at a later date.
This application has been reviewed by the License and Permit
Division and the City Attorney's Office. The recommendation is
for approval .
