and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
and Fixing Time of Hearing on the Award File No. S-11135-E
of Damages
In the matter of �ondemning and taking a permanent sidewalk easement in
conjunction with sidewalk File ,�S-11135, on, over and
across that part of Kittson's Addition, Lots 7 and 8,
Block 62 and lots 7 and 8, Block 63 and including
vacated Olive Street lying South of a line beginning
at a point on the east line of Lot 6, Block 62, Kittson's
Addition, said point being 5' North of the north line of
Kellogg Boulevard, thence easterly to a point on the west
line of John Street, said point being 6.3' North of the
north line oE Kellogg Boulevard as shown on Public Works
Street Easement (Opening), Drawer #4, Plan #2623
under Administrative Order approvecL

FinalOrder 280775 approvecL August 23, 1983
The Director of Finance having submitted his report in the above matter as to the amount of damages awarded
for the taking of the land or easements therein appropriated for the above improvement and to whom payable; and
also having submitted his assessment of benefits to property from the making of said improvement, therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment of benefits be and the same is hereby approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had before the Council upon said report and for a confirmation
of the award of damages made by the Director of Finance and also upon the said assessment of benefits; at the Council
Chamber, in the Court House in the City of St. Paul on the 25th day of
October, 1983 , at ten o'clock A.M., and that the Director of Finance be and
he is directed to give notice of said hearing as prescribed by the Charter.
