RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a release in full to
the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the proper
City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the
Tort Liability Fund, 09070-511-000 , to:
1 . Ian Bradshaw the sum of $60.00 in full settlement of his
claim of damages sustained on or about June 22 , 1982 , as
more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed
in the City Clerk 's office on July 26 , 1982 .
2 . Cindy Hallberg the sum of $20.00 in full settlement of her
claim of damages sustained on or about February 13 , 1983 ,
as more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed
in the City Clerk 's office on July 25 , 1983 .

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY IAN BRADSHAW AND CINDY HALLBERG
On June 22 , 1982 , a tire on a vehicle owned by claimant , Thomas Ian
Bradshaw , was cut by debris in a City of Saint Paul parking lot .
Mr. Bradshaw ' s tire had to be replaced as a result of this cut .
Settlement for Mr . Bradshaw 's damages was compromised in the amount
of $60 .00 . This office approves the settlement of Mr . Bradshaw ' s
claim in the amount of $60 .00 .
On February 13 , 1983 , a vehicle owned by claimant , Cindy Hall , was
in the process of being towed away for not having current registra-
tion. Ms . Hallberg was able to show proof that she had applied for
current registration at the scene of the tow. She had to pay $20 .00
tohave the tow truck operator unhook her vehicle . Reimbrusement in
this amount has been approved by this office .
