WHEREAS, the Saint Paul Riverfront Corporation has requested
that the City manage and oversee these projects through its
Division of Parks and Recreation, and
WHEREAS, the Division of Parks and Recreation is willing and
able to provide said project management services upon creation of
a new project in the 2000 Capital Improvement Budget,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of
Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor and the positive
advice of the Long Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee,
that $520,000.00 is available for appropriation in the 2000
Capital Improvement Budget, and said 2000 budget, as heretofore
adopted and amended by the Council, is hereby further amended as
follows:
