WHEREAS, fifteen individuals have been appointed to serve as incorporators
for the Saint Paul Community Access Corporation and the Saint Paul Institutional
Access Corporation; and •
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to provide the necessary funds to support
the incorporation process; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, pursuant to Council Resolution No. 279880 the sum of $6500 as
indicated in the attached estimated budget will be allocated to the incorporators
from the cable franchise application fees in fund #50250 received by the City on
March 1 , 1983, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that additional funds to support incorporation shall be
made available upon a showing of need by the Chair of the incorporators to the
Saint Paul City Council , and be it
FINALLY RESOLVED, that all funds paid to the incorporators shall be reimbursed
to the City with payments shared between the two corporations no later than 6 months
after certification of the franchise by the Minnesota Cable Communications Board.
