Referred To Committee: Date —� Out of Committee By Date WHEREAS, the Council for the City of Saint Paul , pursuant to Section 1 .15 of the Request For Proposals adopted by Council Resolution No. 279412 on October 28, 1982, intends that there be created two non-profit corporations - Saint Paul Community Access Corporation (SPCAC) and Saint Paul Institutional Access Corporation (SPIAC) - to play a primary role in administering access to the cable system; and WHEREAS, the City Council has adopted Resolution No. 279881 on February 22, 19�3, setting forth the procedure for the selection of incorporators for the two aforementioned access corporations; and WHEREAS, a screening corr�nittee has reviewed applications from potential incorpo- rators and has made a recommendation based on criteria established by the City Council ; now, therefore be it RESULVED, that the City Council does hereby confirm the appointment of the following list of individuals to serve as incorporators for the Saint Paul Corrnnunity Access Corporation and the Saint Paul Institutional Access Corporation; and be it FURTHER RESOLVED, that the policies governing the incorporators set forth in Council Resolution No. 279880 shall remain in effect during the incorporation period; and be i t FINALLY RESOLVED, that these incorporator appointments shall terminate upon the completion of the charge, or no more than 6 months after the passage of this resolution unless further amended by the Council . The first appoints 15 incorporators to play a primary role in administering access to the cable system - 8 (Barringer, Dusso, Deliel , Hoben, McCloskey, 0'Brien, Stern, and Winans} to serve on the Saint Paul Community Access Subcommittee and 7 (Greeman, Hier, Lareau, Siegal , Skelly, Soucheray, and Townsend) to serve on the Saint Paul Institutional Access Subcommittee.
