Mr. President and Honorable Members:
The Rice Street Athletic Club makes application for permission
to conduct Bingo Games for 5� periods at 900 Rice Street
beginning October l, 1983.
'I'his application has been made by Roy Spannaus, Treasurer
and William Hafner will manage the games which will be
played on Saturday evenings (except holidays) between the
hours of 8:00 P.M. and 12:00 �.M.
This application has been reviewed by the License and Permit
Division and the City Attorney's Office. The recommendation
is for approval.
