WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council Resolution C.F. 280426 extending the date of compliance on the original Council Resolution C.F. 279981 by 60 days. WHEREAS, prior to expiration of the 60 day extension period Dacotah Investments asked that it be granted an additional 30 day extension in the time period for compliance. WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Saint Paul adopted Council Resolution C.F. 280657 extending the date of compliance to August 15, 1983. WHEREAS, Dacotah Investments now again requests that an additional 60 day extension be granted in the time period for compliance. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the amended Council Resolution C.F. 279981 originally adopted March 15, 1983 is amended to extend the date of compliance an additional 60 days, which changes the date for compliance to October 15, 1983.
