WHEREAS, the Council af the City of Saint Paul, by Council Resolution C.F. 280427,
adopted June 2, 1983, and at the reqnest of Connie and Barnard Graham, et al, did
vacate a portion of public alley as specifically described in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, Connie and Bernard Graham, et al, has requested that it be granted a
60-day extensio� in the time period of compliance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That Council Resolution C.L. 280427, adopted
June 2, 1983, is hereby amended so as to extend the date of compliance, 60 days
beyond the original date for compliance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that in all other respects Council Resolution C.F. 280427,
adopted June 2, 1983, shall remain in full force and effect.
