RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a release inf ull to
the City , in a form to be approved by the City Attorney , the proper
City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the
Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000 , to :
1 . Irene M. Baligrodzki the sum of $500 .00 in full settlement of
her claim of damages sustained on or about December 6 , 1982 , as
more particularly set out in the Notice of Claim filed in the
City Clerk ' s office on June 6 , 1983 .

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIM AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY IRENE M. BALIGRODZKI
On December 6 , 1982 , a City of Saint Paul forestry crew was removing
dead tree branches when a branch fell and struck the top of a nearby
pine tree . The pine tree is owned by claimant , Irene Baligrodski ,
and such damage was done that it essentially destroyed the tree .
The value of the tree was determined to be $500 .00 . This office
approves the settlement of Ms . Baligrodzki ' s claim in the amount of
$500 .00 .
