WHITE - CITV CLERK ���� PINK - FINANCE COUIICIl CANARV - DEPARTMENT G I TY O F SA I NT PA U L Q BI.UE - MAYOR File NO. � Cou c 'l solution � Presented By Referred To Committee: Date Out of Committee By Date WHEREAS, Jack Shaw has submitted the attached proposed lot split for City Council approval ; and WHEREAS, the Departments of Planning and Economic Development and Public Works have reviewed the proposed lot split at 478 Van Dyke Avenue on the southeast corner of Van Dyke Avenue and Conway Street described on the attached survey as follows: Parcel 1 : Lot 10 except the east 180 feet thereof, Block 3, Hudson Road Gardens; also excepting the following described tract: the south 3 feet of said Lot 10, except the east 200 feet thereof; and Parcel 2: The east 180 feet of Lot 10, Block 3, Hudson Road Gardens; and WHEREAS, the proposed lot split meets the requirements of Section 67.304 of the Zoning Code with the exception of a split zoning classification on proposed Parcel 2; and WHEREAS, the split zoning classification on the lot is an existing condition; and WHEREAS, the applicant has filed a petition to rezone the westerly parcel (proposed Parcel 2) thereby eliminating the split zoning classification on that lot; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council accepts and approves this lot split.
